Marianne J. Gallipoli

My practice concentrates on assisting hardworking everyday people to successfully navigate the financial challenges they encounter while protecting their assets and maximizing their wealth. I greatly value my relationships with my clients and, as such, I personally provide all client services.

I have been an attorney for twenty-five years, and for the past fifteen years have been the sole proprietor of my own law firm practicing primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Defense. Over the last several years, I have found that many of my clients were in need of Estate Planning services, both for themselves and for their aging parents (which is especially prevalent now as the population ages). Given the obvious need, I have expanded my practice to include such services so that I could better meet my clients’ needs.
