Bankruptcy and Foreclosure

I help clients who find themselves in financial difficulty, whether they have burdensome

credit card debt, are facing a foreclosure on their home mortgage or are having their

wages garnished. These situations can be overwhelming, so I start by helping my clients

fully understand the challenges they are facing and the potential solutions available to

them. We then work together to develop a strategy to best resolve their problems and set

them on a course for financial stability.

Estate Planning

I work with clients to protect their family assets, provide for their heirs upon their death

and preserve assets while securing eligibility for Medicaid. Confronting these issues can

be a daunting task, so I start by working with my clients to determine exactly what they

want to accomplish with their Estate plan. We then work together to establish an Estate

plan that will allow them to best achieve their goals, either by Will or Trust. I also

prepare advance directives such as Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living

Wills to fully effectuate my clients’ wishes.
